Scheduling Times:
|

1:00PM
3:00PM

|
Reservations: |
To make your tour reservations please call Lanie Hudson at 928-899-3591 or
928-443-2669. At this time you will need to provide your school name,
class grade, school phone number, school address, home phone number, estimated
number attending, and time and date you would like to reserve. Reservations are
on a first call first serve basis.
|
|
When Checking In:
|
Please have an
itemized accounting of all children participating in the tour as well as
chaperones and teachers. We are no longer accepting cash as payment.
Please have a sponsored SCHOOL CHECK or personal check made
out to Young’s Farm with the correct amount at time of check in.
Additional adults and siblings will be allowed at the $6 rate due at
time of wagon loading only if room is available. |
|
Minimum Group Size: |
If your group arrives for your appointment with less than 20, you will still be
required to pay for 20 visitors. If you are a smaller group (especially
home schools) we highly encourage you to join with another school or group
PRIOR to booking your tour. In doing so you may reduce the per
person cost. Young’s Farm will not assemble groups for you - this must be
prearranged by you before you call for a tour reservation. |
|
Cancellations:
|
Cancellations within one week of the visit are highly discouraged in that
another class is deprived of a trip. Therefore, cancellation within this period,
or "no-shows", will result in the school being billed as if the trip took place.
Cancellations need to be person to person, messages left on voice mail are NOT
acceptable. In case of rain, Young’s Farm will make any cancellation decisions
the morning of the trip. Please call that morning if you have any questions.
