It is with great joy and sorrow that we wish you all Happy Holidays this year. The joy of the season, of the gift of Christ Jesus, the time of remembrance and thankfulness ~ these are all reasons why I have treasured the Christmas season my entire life. However, the sorrow of leaving Arizona and our friends and loved ones, seeing 60 years of farming come to an end, and, well frankly just saying goodbye is hard. Most of you know that as this month draws to a close so does the era of Young’s Farm in Dewey, AZ. We have some important information to share with you so please read below to learn about specials, sales, auctions and more. It is our desire to continue with the e-mail newsletter as often as possible with updates about the Blue Mountain Ranch, so we hope you will continue to receive them and feel free to respond with any questions or thoughts. We have truly enjoyed sharing this time with you. We hope you all enjoy a blessed Holiday season, spend time with your loved ones and give thanks to our Creator for the many blessings in your life.

Christmas Turkeys still available

If you have not ordered your fresh Christmas turkey, don’t fret you still have time. The last day to guarantee a fresh turkey for your Holiday dinner is December 17, 2006. Just click on the link below and place your order online ASAP. If you don’t get a chance to order a turkey, well, we always have extras so you can stop by the farm and pick one up. (Sizes may be limited)

Weekly specials and great sales ~ Farm Auction on the way

Come on down to the farm and bring your pick up truck or trailer. You don’t want to miss out on these deals. We are selling our specialty Young’s Farm hay for:
2 wire bales (60-65#) = $3.00 each for 10 bales or more
3 wire bales (100#) = $5.00 each for 10 bales or more
Straw bales (3 wire) = $3.00 each
Mulch = $10.00 per yard (about one backhoe scoop full)

The Young’s Farm Store is selling all inventories. We will be having weekly specials on all items during the months of January and February as we try to sell all of our stock. To find out what is on sale each week call the store 928-632-7272 and get details. Stay tuned to our upcoming e-mail newsletters as we will provide information about our Farm Auction. The details are still in the planning stage, but it will happen and we want you to come. Farm equipment, signs, memoirs, and much more will be available to the public. Don’t Miss It!

Young’s Farm online store to continue

For the past few years we have offered the online store on our website where customers can order their favorite jams, dressings, canned goods, chew, and more and have these items delivered to their door step. It is our hope to continue with this service through our website www.youngsfarminc.com. We want to encourage anyone interested in purchasing Young’s Farm products to start using the online store as soon as possible so we have the clientele established and can continue offering these products online. Ordering is simple, just click on the link below, browse through the available products and choose what you want. The computer (and our employees) takes care of the rest! Now that is how shopping is supposed to work right.

We have completed the initial version of our new website with pictures and information about the Blue Mountain Ranch in Paulina, Oregon. We plan to continue to provide updated information and current pictures to describe life out on the ranch. We encourage you to take a few minutes and familiarize yourself with our new place – and if you are ever in the area (be advised…it is not exactly on the way to anything) you are always welcome to stop by and visit.
